2-4 Servings


Ingredients:

1/2 cucumber, peeled & grated before being squeezed in a tea towel to remove as much liquid as possible

250gr yogurt

5 mint leaves, finely chopped

2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime

A pinch of masala

1 clove of garlic, minced

S&P


Instructions:

Simply combined all ingredients & refrigerate to keep cold until serving.
