Mojo Verde

This is one of my favorites, Canarian Green Sauce. I first tasted this amazing sauce whilst on holiday in Lanzarote some decade ago. I had ordered grilled sea bass and it was served with the most incredible sauce that I just had to ask the waiter about. This sauce goes beautifully with any grilled fish or meat.

2-4 Servings

Ingredients:

Leaves of 1 large bunch of coriander

1/2 green pepper, finely chopped

4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 chilli, finely chopped

A small pinch of cumin

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Simply blend all ingredients together in a mixer until smooth.
