What a marvellous recipe this is. Healthy, easy to make & ever so versatile. It can be used as a dip, a spread or part of a meal, sandwich or wrap. I love having it as a dip, with olive oil & peri peri sauce drizzled over to add a kick. Add some carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, crackers or rice cakes & you have a great aperitif snack for your guests.

4 Servings (as a dip)
Ingredients:
250gr cooked, drained chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 garlic, minced
Instructions:
Simply add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth. It it is too dry & paste-like, add another tbsp or water.
