I have been a great fan of growing, cooking and eating quality, local, seasonal foods for many years.

After a childhood spent in South East Asia and Reunion Island, I spent two decades challenging myself in the kitchen; cooking amazing dishes from all over the world. Living in the UK and France has only expanded my experience and my love for all things food related.
